I barely remember going to Prague - I think it was a vacation while I was working remotely from Spain.
Stop 01 · Freezing
Prague was unbelievable. It was freezing. It's not as exciting as I thought it would be, but I was able to find this.
Stop 02 · The winter cities
I always loved walking around the Eastern European cities in the winter. They're cold, they're beautiful. There's street food and sausages, and the people are always keeping warm and drinking delicious soup.
I remember Czech Republic for a lot of reasons.

A gem just off the beaten path under the castle - beautiful courtyard terrace, charming servers, delicious food. Don't pass up the ducat buns for dessert.

The most beautiful room in the Jewish Quarter - you stare at the exterior, already impressed, then step inside and go speechless. Go for the interior alone.

Do breakfast at least once - it comes with live saxophone. The pool and sauna fix a long walking day.
